Thanks Dude. I read some of your posts about RO5024048 drug. My biopsy said I was stage 3/4 so I guess its time to do something. I've been invited to the NCT00869661 trial and I'm thinking about joining up. Maily because I can't afford the drugs and my insurance wont help on the treatments. I can only hope I get the real stuff and not the placebo and I can't wait till FDA says its good. If you have any more pointers please reply. Oh, what is the meaning of rescue drugs?

Just a quick note to say hi! Thanks for all that U shared with me. I was told by Dr. that 2 first shots were the worst-that 2nd was less than 1st, and decreased in intensity as I progress. At least now I know that anything is possible. Oh Well. I will expect the worst and hope for best. You are so far aong!!! Good Luck to U.

hy quick note, i am talking to a friend on another trial, they are not testing for UND until week 24 and only looking for a 2 log drop by week 12, shouldnt they want him to clear by week 12?
