Hey..so today I found a caloric intake calculator and figured out what I should be having a day...have you done this?  You should..because before this I didn't have a clue as to what I should have..and I think it's a great tool that one must have when trying to lose weight.  Might help us keep sight of where we are going and what is needed to get there.
I just googled Caloric intake calculator..:O)  This is the next step!

Yeah..the things we have to give up, huh?  (and here I sit drinking a diet coke)  I know that artificial sweeteners are bad..and so is sugar...so bad.  Can't win for losing can we?  I love eggs..but they are very fattening....I realized this the other day when I tracked that I would eat two..it was a crazy amount of calories and fat and I was like.."OH"..I didn't eat them...I probably ate half of one..and decided to take a vitamin..haha.  (I have gallstones too..which means I really need to be eating low-fat everything..ofcourse I have trouble with that but tracking helps me pay more attention than I normally would)  I figure just by trimming it down this way I can't lose.

Are you exercising?  How long have you been actively trying to lose weight?  I'm telling you..this stuff will help you.  There is a ton of support here..for all kinds of things and everybody I've come across is trying their best to be helpful and supportive.  Outside this I don't have that support..ppl bringing home fried chicken..ppl making gravy and biscuits and sweet rolls on a daily basis...ick!!  I wish they could realize what they are doing to their bodies w/ that stuff.  Anyway, if you use this food tracker it will keep you from the bad foods..MOSTLY!  It's better than what I'd do if I didn't use it.  It's good to be aware.  And it lets you know how bad the bad one's really are, that will help to curb these, has for me.

yeah..I'm working really hard on my diet..(in my mind anyway..haha) No, really..since I started tracking my food on here it's made a huge difference.  I have found the best thing is to enter the info and look at it before consuming it..if you can b/c then you'll see what you were about to put into your body and then you can tweak it.  But if you enter the info afterwards..too late!  Some things are a little tricky at first to configure..but like sandwhiches..I just separate the info I enter the bread alone and the turkey..and so on.  Most everything I eat has been in the list...or take a min. and add it yourself.

That is a great idea..getting your diet going in the right direction!  (will change your sleep pattern too)  Did you add the trackers I mentioned?  I would love to be able to look on here and check your food tracker.  I am trying to eat better as well..it sounds like you are eating the way I want to eat.  (and used to!)  We could keep each other in check and I might see something healthy that you are doing that I could change about myself or vice-versa.  :O)
My goals are to have zero junk food, no soft drinks, no fried foods no white breads and to exercise..which I currently am really not doing!  BUT I WANT TO..haha  It's cold here and I find it harder to get out and do something outside..especially by myself.

Oh that is good that you have the same dr.  Then he knows what your worries are exactly and I'm sure he's on the lookout.  I don't think you have anything to worry about in that case.  I think you are in good hands.  Try to do some things that will make you calmer..(you know stress can make you sick by itself) You seem really stressed.  Try herbal teas at night and just take some time to unwind..read a book or listen to some soft music, take a hot bath and wash your sheets in lavendar scented detergent.  It does help!  Try not to worry about things you can do nothing about. :O)

I would think any kind of infection could make your pits hurt..you have lymph nodes there..I have had that before while sick..just your body fighting it off. :O)
