I also agree of your comments to zoomom. I added mine. I was never one for take lots of meds, but searching from within and making an attempt at solving your own problems. It works for some, and for the rest, they take meds. Tylenol puts me to sleep in 20 minutes. If I was on meds for every little & big problem I had, I would probably be one of those patients that doctors may refer to as pre-Woodstock! I can only hope to have the courage and will power to continue with life's problems and face them head on. Take care.
I agree with your response to zoomom. I think that the name. I new at this mesaging so I hope you understand. I agree with you theory about exercise and depression. You gotta deal with the depression and exercise as much as your body will let you with lowering your immune system. I'm geno 1a and have tested nondetectible in 1st six weeks. First time for treatment but was not tested for viral count 4th week so don't know about nondetectibe, but I workout, organic food and I have less problems with treatment than my husband. He is still not undetectible and started treatment 1 week or 2 before me (he is 3a).
Keep it up and like you siad we just have to deal with it.
