Hi, Julie. I can't believe what your lab did. What a bunch of goofballs. If they don't take your blood tests more seriously than that, maybe you should change labs. Me, I'm okay, but hung up in New York without the supps I want to take back to Argentina, because my computer crashed for good and I had to buy a new one. You probably know what setting up a new computer is like :-( . Glad to hear things are working out for you in your new home. Keep your chin up, and watch out for m-e-n. Let me know when you get the 6 mo. results (if the lab ever gets it straight!). Cheers. Mike.

Hi, Julie. Thanks for the note. It's always nice to hear from you. Let me know how the 6 mos. PCR turns out. Very glad to hear your life is turning for the better. That's the stuff! You are young and attractive and a lovely person and you have the future before you. I am in New York for a few weeks, trying to get together some supplement therapy stuff before heading back to Argentina for more blood tests. I'm finally getting over the protracted shock of the HCV diagnosis. I probably won't be posting much either, until I start Tx. But let's keep in touch. Hugs! Michael

Hi, Julie. Have you gotten your 6 mos. results yet? My fingers are crossed for you. How is your new home? Are you okay there? I'm back in NY for a month, from Argentina. Trying to get all the nurrient therapy stuff together to take back with me. And trying to ignore the financial crisis, which is rapidly eroding my lifestyle. I just got the results of the FibroTC study from Sevilla: F0-F1 throughout my liver. So that's good news, sort of. Could be a lot worse. How's life out your way? Your friend, Mike.

Thanks for your note, Jools. That was very nice of you. I´m very happy for you that you're UND post-tx. I can't believe your husband walked out on you during therapy. That's terrible. What kind person would do something like that? And you have such a sweet smile. He must be crazy. By the way, is your real name Julie?

I feel really great. My hgb at 6 weeks post was 13.9, my thyroid back to normal, liver enzymes better than they have ever been! So I am hopeful but impatient now at 8 weeks post. It is so wonderful to feel good at this time of year. I am so enjoying summer and the sun. And finally I have stopped losing hair as well, so I just feel grrrreat! I hope to be able to coax my nurse into giving me a PCR at 3 months post. Now let's hope we both get that SVR we so have earned! When will you be getting your PCRs?
