Oh goodness no, I'm not on any type of exercise routine. I have a hard enough time getting out of the bed in the "morning". I use morning loosely since it's usually early afternoon when I get up. Anyway, I do walk around the grocery store a few times a week. I find after I do that, I'm generally wiped out. :(

I'm not on antidepressants for depression. I don't have depression. :) I'm on them for pain, in low doses. But I do know that they have fatigue as a side effect. I didn't feel any different fatigue wise after I was put on them, which I guess is a good thing. However, that being said, I'm on Effexor as well and that one could have boosted my energy levels, which it didn't.
