As I remember, there was a post censored by techy, a complaint by me, followed by banishment with no discussion. At the same time Joyce was also banished and she had not posted anything offensive. And I did not call him a Nazi, I asked him if he worked for a drug company.
It was obvious you were waiting for a technical issue to justify banishment. Hence, no discussion, just unilateral action.
Anyway, very happy not to be there anymore, although I did make several friends there that I am still in contact with. They were also disgusted by your actions. You sound like a beaurocrat trying to justify an obviously offensive action, by the way.
