Just a quick note to say hi!- and to empathize. The waiting is hard to take. However, you could be looking up on the net how to do your best to have a good night. Look up 'sleep hygiene' so you can get into good habits that will help you feel you are taking some action in the meantime, like winding down before sleep time, a dark room, cool rather than too warm, not watching exciting tv in bed, doing all you can to prepare to relax. A small snack half an hour before bed, with milk perhaps.... yoga breathing, deep and slow when you do wake in the night suddenly......
