I'm very sorry about your loss. It must have been very traumatic. Yes, he did save several lives and you can cherish that. My mom was a donor. Unfortunately when she died last year at 95, she could not donate because of age.
Ah yes, I remember England. I spent 4 months in Fullham in 1974, recording an album with a British rock/jazz band. Of course they picked on the Yank because of the language butchering of the proper English language, but they loved me and I loved them.
Drop me note if you ever get to California. Would like to meet...

Hi there, thinking of you an hubby, Dee
Thank you so much for your comment. We truly are pleased to bits as well (chuffed). Had to look it up.LOL It was nothing like I expected to be sure, very cavalier about before begging tx. But it did knock my socks off. And in away that was a good thing. It caused me re-evaluate many things in life. Not only am I better physically but my world view is also been restored. Today I am more likely to let sleeping dogs lie then roost them.
Treatment took on many different face for me,and caused me do and say things I wish I hadn't, but you can't unring a bell as they say.
I quit posting so much It was hard to deal what I perceived as a negative, and was impacting not only me but MJ as well.
God bless and keep you safe.
Tim MJ and as always Myra
Thanks all the best for you and Hoby.i am in bud shape I hope I will stay until the end of treatment
Hey Jules, my doc did prescribe a muscle relaxer. It's for pain and does help with sleep. But as with any of those things can cause you to have that hangover/dragging feeling the next day. I still think it helped and worth asking his doc for some. It's Methocarbamol Tablets 500 mg. I really think it might help him! Lack of proper sleep is just terrible. Message me anytime If have any more questions about the tablets! Give Dave my best!

Hey just wanted to check in with you and see how things are going with your hubby and yourself. Work has been hard but were almost there. And spring is almost here and we will be done. Tell your hubby that I said hello and I'm rooting for him!
thank you Jules, It is so good to be home. I am so grateful for this incredible gift of life. The team at Froedtert and the Medical College were the most caring, dedicated, fantastic group of people. They were friendly and gee good looking, so maybe I was surrounded by angels. I am still going back to the hospital quite a bit for testing etc. I am in pain, I have received support and offers of support from unexpected places, and, that does my heart well. I love your story and I am glad to have a transplant connection to you. Thanks for writing.
That would be great cheflady. I am sorry but I forgot your name... How are you today? I have been quite fatigued the last few days and havent been online because of that but I got your message and I am glad. Its nice to have a friend to talk to who knows what I am going thru not only with the hep c, but with also knowing what it feels like to lose a child. Hope to hear back from ya soon!
