I just saw your post. I have had very similar symptoms. I was given much of the same medications and diagnosis's. I have found a micro nutrient that is for the brain and central nervous system that is working amazingly well. Your thoughts are right, our bodies are lacking the proper nutrients that is required to function at it's top performance level.
Let me know if you see this post and could still use some help.
HEY I JUST SAW YOUR POST, I GO THROUGH THE SAME EXACT THING ALL THE TIME FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS NOW BUT THE KEY TO ALL OF THIS IS LEARNING YOUR BODY AND WHAT YOU CAN DO TO PREVENT IT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN KNOWING MORE OR TIPS LET ME KNOW SEND ME AN EMAIL ***@**** I TAKE XANAX ON A REG BASIS FOR IT BUT I HAVE LEARNED A LOT AND WOULD LOVE TO SHARE IT WITH YOU IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
Not sure if you found a diagnosis, but I garantee it is not panick attacks. That is a doctors way out of not wanting to diagnose you and get money paid to them from your insurance. Plus make the drug comapnies happy. Anxiety is a catch all for those not diagnosed mostly.
I had your same symptoms and found out I had Lyme disease (no joint pain) after two failed negative tests. The only lab that can diagnose this seems to be Igenix Labs. Still fighting through it, but feel a tad better. Make sure to check your blood pressure too when this feeling happens. sometimes mine would drop to 70/50 and other times my blood pressure was just fine and I got weak, shaky, dizzy, almost passing out all the time.
I had almost the exact thing happen. Although they just called it a cardiac episode. I even did home heart monitors. After seeing an ND she said she thought I was having hypoglycemic attack in the middle of the night. Told me to eat 4 oz of good quality protien 1 hour before bed. It has never happened again. It is worth a try!
just read your post from april sorry new to the community. If you have not found an answer yet, you might want to have your vitamin d checked. I have alot of problems, but finally a dr checked my vitamin d and it was extremely low. Vegetarians and people that do not get enough sun exposure are more likely to suffer from vitamin d deficeincy. It is worth looking into.
