your welcome, good luck, i am sure NyGirl will post soon, she has had issues with her thyroid, i think it was hyper and then hypo... when they thought my tsh was going out of whack i pm'd her immediately...
I just noticed you had mentioned ‘Hashimoto’s disease. Have you been formally diagnosed? If so, interferon alpha has been shown to disrupt thyroid function. I assume your doctor has been monitoring TSH levels in your blood; in not, you should probably request a thyroid panel, *including* T3 and free T4. Here’s an interesting article from e-med:
Good luck with your progress—
Hi Lon, nice to meet you. If you are concerned about no one responding to your post regarding thrush, you have gotten some responses recently. Often, members don’t respond to posts if they don’t have anything to contribute, or don’t have answers. I got your friendship invitation as well, thanks for the invite. I’ll leave my thoughts re: thrush in the post. Feel free to write anytime, Bill
After sleeping through the weekend, did you usually feel better by Monday? I did just that this weekend and didn't have too much trouble getting to work this morning. It's hard for me, as I need to get up by 5:15 am, get dressed and then drive an hour to my place of employment. Work is important to me too, they are very supportive but they also depend on me. I only hope I can keep it up through the entire treatment.
Thank you for your response!
I also end sept 19...I cant wait for the cloud cover to clear.
I want to feel good about the outcome, but I want let myself go there
I used to get up at 5AM and run 7 miles in the hills during the week and double that on weekends. Tonight I think I only made it about 4 miles and had to do some walking. I can not longer run up any incline or even go upstairs without getting short of breath. I know what you mean about the aching ms.I think what the problem is lack of RBC to carry O2 to the muscles. Also I cheat a little and have 2 dogs that help to pull me a good portion of the time. I don't think I could do it without my furry friends and my Ipod. I am one of the few that has gained wt. on TX because of my decrease in ex. and Thyroid thats out of whack.
How long have you been on TX and what type are you?
Do you finish Sept 19., that is my date and cant wait. I have geno 2b and I want this gone and over.
My results have been good from the 2nd week....but I just want them to be better.
This was a bad day for me though with sx., the anemia just wrecks me.
