II just had to rewrite all I 1st wrote to respond. I'll have to add it all alter. I went over the limit. I didn't know for sure about the Vit. D. I have been a guinea pig for years while only a few dedicated doctors (And many not so concerned & lots of those that just didn't care enough to investigate & help me at all). Before I was stunned to not have any answers. I thank you all for this start from you're all's own experiences too.

Just a quick note to say hi! I hope to learn from you & the others with our smae problems, but where else can I get real answers & data from the medical community to learn more on the MSKD subject? Just to Google or something doesn't get me anywhere with very much information.

Thank you for everything! I'm just now finding this site & am not online every day, due to uncontrollable circumstances-like I take care of my aging parents & 1 has Alstheimer's & so I'm busy & sick all the time too! So I have a lot to catch up on. I just wanted to make contact with ya & tell you I appreciate it very much & hope to learn from you all & get to know you all & be friends! I'm SO glad to have fellow friends with the same pains & ailments! Noone else can understand--or care.

Just wanted to stop by and say hello - I saw you on the weight loss and dieting forum - it is always good to see new fcces - so hello, welcome and jump right in and join in on the posts. Tomorrow we have a weigh in day - where you can post your results for the week - there are lots of posts to do with the challenge with ideas and challenges - right now we are all trying to include at least 30 crunches a day into our routine - so go for it - good luck and YOU CAN DO IT :) It is much better doing it the way you are now - with learning healthy eating and exercise rather than with pills and/or shots... you might want to set yourself up a weight tracker on here :) Helen x

Thanks for the info...I will try and read it soon...stone still "acting up"...compromised with my Uro, and scheduled surgery for Feb 3...hope it passes before...my track record is not very good in that, I have only passed a couple on my own...but I would rather try to pass it at home...

I just happened upon your profile...Oh my...as far as those kidney stones, you have my empathy... I have had over 15 of them myself...am battling another right now...the pic of the "hat" gave me a smile, thanks for that...

Just a quick note to say hi!i don't get why the dr's will not test for biofilm. my old dr. didn't.but my new uro did the test.he didn't know this could happen.till i ask him to test my stones.maybe cause it so hard to kill and they don't want us to worry. who know.thanks for the help i like you site on stones it's very good.

HOw are you feeling? I know you do much better once the stent is out! I am actually doing really well... I upped my Silverbiotics alot....and now NO blood. Waiting for a patient assitance program for an oral medication that my URo wants to try too. I have been really busy with the Interstitial Cystitis support. We finally got our own website up,, MOARK IC.
I did include a category for MSK so I can post my research for patients too.
Anyway keep in touch and let me know how you are doing!
