I was abused as a child . I'm nearly 50 so I'm not ashamed anymore . I would be asleep and held down , hence the feeling of not being able to move . I have learnt to trust nothing can happen to me and go with the flow. I hear people talking . You can imagine the kind of house I lived in . I can feel people touching me , but I know it is not real . The shadows now have faces . My fear was what kept me not wanting to delve into it . I don't have it as much . Yes it can sometimes frighten Me. I lie there but can here what is going on not moving trying to scream but nothing . Mine is not some outer experience spirits taken over . But a child in a very bad situation . I am left with all the feelings as a child but without the people . I am grown up now . But the feelings of panic

hi i kinda had the same problem today where i was dreaming and i could c my whole room like with my eye open and as i had my eye kinda open i feel like my body was like froozen n i couldnt speak or move or tr to get my self up and i couldnt even call the naqme jesus it wouldnt let me n as i was laying there the bed was like shaking real hard n fast like a earth quake man i could relate to ur story hey if u like to talk more e-mail me at ***@**** this havent been the first time i have some experince on this if you have something loud try kinda help email me if you need someone to talk to i been there and your not crazy

Just found a sight that "explains" all of our nightmares. They call it Sleep Paralysis, dont know how much of it is true but it makes since. Go to google & type in Serendip. Serendip Exchange will pop up. Click it then at the site where is has -lookup- type in sleep paralysis.

I just read your post. And at least everything you said b4 the car part happened to me . I also had differents ones though my recent one was last Saturday I did not end up sleeping at all that night I was trying to see if it was just me who had these dreams but I guess not. I don't understand why I have them and I am a Baptist Christian and I fear that its the devil just messing with me, I pray every night that it will stop.

ive had dreams like the ones your having since i was 14. i really never what they meant or anything. it feels as if im paralyzed and cannot speak and if i try to speak nothing comes out but this weird noise and it feels as though i can feel some kind of presence there thats not good

I have those EXACT same dreams..........i had another one last night and it just freaks me out...I want to know what the underlying message is, am I not living my life right or wtf? But I have had about 20 or so of them now and sometimes lately I have been scared to go to sleep.
