Hello there thank you for careing I have a hematoma on the liver how I got it I dont know but I do know that theres something that can be done about it (hope so) if only I can stop procrastinating the reason why I'm here is because no one understand's what I'm going through & I'm hopeing to find some answers I think this is a really good place to start.
Hi, I have 13 weeks to go in the telapravir study. My liver was very cirrhotic, but I had no symptoms from it. I had symptoms from the general Hep C and now horrible ones from the treatment-I feel like I have the entire list plus more. I cannot sleep even with sleep meds. So the meds, pain are making me agitated, on top of the lack of sleep. My white count, red count and platelets have been very low. How long did it take after treatment for the hep to return? Did they tell you that?
If you get a minute, please let me know how things are going.
Wow sounds like you had quite the time while taking your medicine! Glad you are better. The doc told me it would be ok if wilko took an advil with his meds as a preventative. Wilko's primary care doc says Tylenol extra strength is fine but the univ trial director said he prefers advil. I think it is ok but either call the manufactorer's free nurse hotline or ask your doc, I am still wet behind the ears! Wilko is fine and is actually being really good on his diet. Everyone noticed he's leaner nowadays so that's really encouraging for him. We both went to the gym and will go again monday or tuesday. I plan to be home when wilko takes his medicine so I hoarded some vacay and sick days for the occasion. My msg reached its limit hit me up! GOD BLESS YOU!
Hi! By now you probably took your doses of meds so please tell me how that is working out for ya! Hope you are doing well and don't you worry, you will knock this thing out of the park! I am doing ok, wilko (the bf) went to a doc and we are waiting for the callback from to begin. It's been 9 long months and finally it looks like something is about to happen. I can't wait to get this over with and to remove the common denominator called hepatitis c from our life! Other than that we're good and wilko's lost a ton by eating right and exercising. Soon he will be hepc free and ready for the runway woo hoo! Hey drop me a line when you get the chance and let me know how you are doing. Stay cool!
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
I know how you feel somewhat. Even though I have a husband he did not understand what I was going through when on tx. I would just hold my bible and cry. Somtime I did not have the energy to hold the bible and I would call out to Jesus. My fatih in God and the will to make it got me through. I will pray for you and you hold on tight and God will hold you tight. I know He loves you and will always be there for you. No one can understand this darkness like God can. I had to share this with you. My dear you are loved! I will pray for you. Hang in there.
Hugs and many prayers,
Just a quick note to say hi!
I completed 48 weeks of Tx 2 years ago....I just had the PCR test on Tuesday to see if I still have SVR. I am one of the ones who has many problems after tx. It almost did me in. I have never been the same. I just pray that I don't relapse. I have eye damage, joint problems, enlarged spleen, Sjorgrens, severe weakness and brain fog. I am thankful that my faith helps me handle these problems each day. I don't know your beliefs but God got me through the 48 wks of h*** .
Yeah... I thought you were rude saying being bipolar isn't a real illness.
I hope everything goes well with your liver biopsy.
You are just plain rude... Please don't talk to me again.
No problem. I'm actually on here for the mood tracker. My doctor thinks I might be bipolar so she wanted me to track my mood somehow and I found this.
Umm hi? So you left a note on my site asking about Hep C and well I don't have Hep C... So yeah. Not really sure where that came from. But it was nice to meet you! =)
You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today. I AM SO SORRY YOU HURT ALL OVER. I AM IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD, AND NEW ON THIS BLOCK. TRY A HEATING PAD X 10 MINS Q AREA, HOT BATHS TO DETOX ,MAY HELP. MAY YOU ALWAYS BE BLESSED

No, I spoke with him and his staff over the phone. scheduled an appointment then opted to take a break from tx. This was right after my first failed tx of 32 weeks. While taking my break I got into the Vertex Prove 3 trial. Good luck and let me know how it goes for you.
Just a quick note to say hi! What about the Philadelphia hospitals? I am in Delaware. Although not an easy drive for you, it is a lot shorter than Kentucky and the team I have is very good. Penn is well known for its hepatology dept. Just trying to help
call commitment to care, if u qualify they give the drugs for free... and find another doctor how about a hepatologist(specialist for liver)
