Just getting back to you about my neurologist visit today and the question you posed. He said B6 toxicity would not cause any other neurological conditions. I don't know if that answers your question about long term effects. I read your blog about digestive enzymes. Sounds like you have hit on something. Best of luck. My next appointment will be in three months for more nerve conduction studies. Things are going well at this point.
