Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge about lexapro. I appreciate it.
WOW 90% thats great news. I am very happy to hear that you are getting that much pain reduction. I am doing ok. My SCS unit is working at about 60% but I found out that I have re-injured L4-L5 and L5-S1 and now my only option becides living with this pain is to have fusion done. My Dr is great and talked to me about the good and bad that he has seen and heard of. I am starting a new job on the 13th of this month and right now am out on VSDI and I really just did it to **** off the company i was working for. But again its great to hear about the 90%. My wife says you need to make sure you dont do anything stupid like I did and re-injure yourself. Take care and I'll try and let you know whats going on later.

Just a quick note to say hi!Good morning, you are right the test sucked , I had forgotten how bad they hurt since my last one in 1999.The Dr has referred me to another neuroligist whom I will see friday of next week as the problem I have is in his words"more severe than I anticipated" He then gave me a printout of the report from the MRI's I had last week This is what it says if you can make any since of it as I cannot. My best friend who is an RN says she will give it to another Dr who will call me with an intereptation in laymans terms so I will be able to understand what it means. Here is what it says if you can understand it
gotta send it in another note as I have run out of room in this post
Just a quick note to say hi! Hello' tomorrow I go in for more nerve test and hopefully to set a date for surgery. my situation started 11 years ago when I broke my neck and back in a fall. four years ago I had surgery to remove 6 bone spurs from my neck and lived almost pain free for about two years. in the last couple of years the spurs have grown back and I have tried neorontin and several other meds. three weeks ago I went in to see about my back pain and laid on an mri table for two hours, aver since I have had extreme pain in my left leg and they have told me I have to go into surgery to have it taken care of. I am extremly scheptical of such a quick diagnos
Just wanted to check in and see how the trial is going. Hope that you are doing good and the unit is helping. And just to think, with the real unit there is alot more that they can do for you. I know mine made me feel like a new man ready to be a father and husband again. Well let us know how its going hope all is good.
Thank you for your post in the arthritis forum! Your input was helpful and validating.
Tanglewood. I know what your going through and hope that the SCS unit will help with the pain. Please remember to take all of your meds they are one of the real items that keep you going. The SCS will help and mabey after some time you can cut back on the meds. Let me and everyone here know how test unit helps you out.
