Yeah I got it and you've replied me for that in the forum.
Sorry to be late to tell you, but I am very happy to know that may HCV PCR turned our to be NEGATIVE !!!!!
My doctor said that depending on your blood report and ultrasound , there is maximum probability that you've cleared
the virus at your own.Still there is a chnace that you may have ongoing infection but it did not affect your LIVER yet.
So I need to get another blood test after 6 months.
I am very happy for time being :)
I am 5 ft and I weigh 68 kg.I do Yoga in the morning and if possible brisk walking .
I dont have much time unfortunately. I have to go office at 7 and I come back at 7.
So after coming back and having very light dinner I have another walk after 30 mins past dinner.
What else should I do please suggest me.I also watch on calories and I have maximum 1300Kcals/day
(may be less) .Also as I am trying to conceive there is exercise restriction for me as well as I cannot diet
much .As I told you previously I am vegetarian and I have very little fatty food and only 5g sugar/day.
Very sorry to know about your son but at the same time very happy to know his remarkable improvement.
Now I am also being confident and ready to face the things.
I am also thinking that my condition wont be that bad as I am having normal LFTs except the anitibodies found.
I already changed my diet as I am a fat person and trying to lose weight.
All the Best to you and your family.
I got your notes , that is really good to know about you. You've inspired me a lot.I am staying in South Korea.
I also do exercises and fortunately I am vegetarian by birth.I also believe like you are saying , all these things (workout and diet )really matter.
Tomorrow I will get results of my further check up i.e. PCR/Ultrasound , I'm hoping everything is good as I am trying to conceive and I was scared to know that antibodies of HCV are found in my blood.I am 28 yr old female.
