You deserve a big bear hug! How is your healing coming along? I can't believe you had to go through the removal of one! Anyhow, my issues have been ongoing as well... Ugh! I am beginning to feel very frustrated and concerned this will be a lifelong problem!
Waiting for Soring!
Well, I hope you too are feeling better! Sometimes it seems, it is two steps forward and one step backwards! Ugh! I am pleased, my distance vision is good!!! But, I do have many concerns yet, or call it paranoia?!? Not sure, but irritation from bright sun, and on off the steroid drops...not sure exactly what to do sometimes! Like right now, and is why I finally came back online! Speaking of online, well, that is another story, as internet has been more down than up and then we moved to a different place, and now again no internet! Ugh! So, must go through this process all over again with the same company that took a year to finally figure it out! So, why complain, ...right? Life could be much worse!!! Pat
Hope you feel better soon! Oh, and them not agreeing on why it wasn't working... Well, I am not sure either, but was just mulling over all what you said and thinking back, as well.... I Do think you probably did the right thing in getting it switched! I actually really wanted the multi, but most of what I read had mixed reviews,... Plus, as I had the RDS as some others, it seemed best not too. But also I did continue to ask the doctor, and researched it until surgery, and even since! But, still better the simple one correction instead of trying to do too much! My surgeon felt this way too, especially after the last measurements and tests came in on my eyes right beforehand... As I trusted him at that point, I just felt no need to pursue and try and make this any more complicated..
You deserve a big bear hug! Gosh, going through it the second time for you!!! I will hope and pray for the Very Best! I had been thinking about you and wondered how you were doing and if you went ahead with more... So glad you updated! Also that you have read some of what I and some of others said.i found it all so helpful, and too intend to update again! Do take it easy, rest, and do your drops as required...or whatever they say, unless you feel or find out otherwise. Also, stay away from dust, dirt, cat liter, grit, ...good excuses to not clean! My left eye has had more issues than right, and still has swelling and I am yet concerned...tho not as much as earlier. At least it's steady. Keep me posted,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. I am hoping and praying all goes well for you in Appleton! If you have any questions or if I can be of any help, please let me know. Also, if you want any names of the doctors I have used. Just a BTW and for what it's worth, my eye doctor is like a very close family friend-kind of like her family and my grandma adopted one another-hard to explain-but basically if you ever had a concern-...
Keeping u in my prayers!
Thank you for everything! I will let you know, I am ready!
