The opportunity is still open. What is going on Brett?
Hope you are doing well. Message me anytime.
Thanks for the thoughts and prayer. Yes, the surgery went well. It didn't hurt afterwards as much as it hurts this morning, but I forgot to take a pain med before I went to sleep. It's calmind down now. I was able to eat a light breakfast. The surgeon said it went ok, but I've learned to just take things in stride, take things day to day and just enjoy when things are ok. I know it takes a week to see if it really is ok. I sure would like to do some hard work and exercise though. I will settle for sitting in the garden and watch the flowers dance in the breeze and watch the happy bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. My dwarf fig tree just started to ripen fruits and the cherry tomatoes are out. There's nothing like a garden to remind me how resilient we can be even in a drought.
Just a quick note to say hi! Drink water today besides your tea. Pamela
You deserve a big bear hug! Hi, I am still alive but bearly breathing ( The Script). Rollercoaster really. I've started the the therapy so can't expect much more at the moment. I am here from time to time but don't write much. Not in the position to help others :(. Hoping your knee is getting better.
Yeh, we can get together - two complete nuts! Lol
Have a good day.
Just a quick note to say hi! Hi Brett, how are you doing? Haven't seen you for ages. Keep us posted ;).
You deserve a big bear hug! Take it easy on yourself today. Pamela

Hi Brett, do you feel any better today? Hoping to see good news from you soon.
You deserve a big bear hug! I am a bit better now, however I had a big row with my landlord on Wednesday - not very clever thing to do :(. Other than that I am kind of ok but teary. Spending time working and doing things and tweeting with #thescriptfamily. How are you?
That good, just started Lamictal about 5 weeks ago. So far I can't tell it's there, which is awesome. The addiction forum is great, that was the first step in dealing with bipolar for me.
I encourage you to check out the addiction forum, it's more active and lots of great people. Hope to see you around.
