I'm glad to see that reading my little journal thingy helped a little :) and yes, exercise makes you feel fantastic, trust me jumping around and pushing yourself will get your mind focused off your thoughts, and more on your body. Put on some Earth Wind and Fire and dance through the whole song and see how much better you feel lol :)
Just a quick note to say hi! having read your comments and those of others who have left notes for you I can only concur with the offerings of Gofio. I notice you have an interest in photography why not join a photographic club, meet new people with the same interest as you, this will help increase your circle of friends. Try putting some photos on here for us to see as well. You have already started to increase your group of friends by being on this site, albeit that we in some cases are the other side of the world which would make going for a night out impossible. If you want to add me as a friend please do I will be more that happy to converse via this site with you

Just a quick note to say hi! i see myself in you at that age. but you have more confinfance at this age than I did but it is the age you start learning how to go outward of yourself..so keep going and see what happens!!
Suggest you join any group/society/club etc that you have an interest in. You'll meet more people with something in common & you'll soon be free of the problem. Being quiet's not a bad thing, don't feel worried about it, you can chat if you are interested in what's being talked about I'm sure. Enlarge your 'social network' & be a little bolder in initiating conversations. You'll soon get the hang of it. Good luck.
