Just a quick note to say hi! I just try not to go over 1500 cal. a day.
I have just cut back on the amount of sodas I drink I limit myself to one a week instead of a 44oz everyday. I drink tea instead. I also have cut back on the amount of food I have been eating. When I get upset or depressed and think I need to eat I just read a book or do something else to distract myself. I have lost 50 pounds in the last year. Right now I keep struggling with the same five pounds. I loose it than gain it. Its been that way for a month or more. So I have decided to start working out at my daughters apartments they have a work area.

well bad news is my stomach is hurting now ,so painful. hehe i haven't gone to other countries. there is no chance. school time is so happy , living with roomates , going out together, chatting in the night , studying freely.
