Just a quick note to say hi! Have found drugs of limited use, but am dependent on them & decided a couple of weeks ago to sort myself out. An hour a day of hard exercise (running/cycling) seems to help.Main thing's to catch those negative thoughts as soon as they pop up & ignore them, not easy, but it does take practice to work. Simple Meditation, just deep breaths in & out. Count One in & Two out. Take it easy & in a few mins. it calms me down. Obviously accentuate the positive, again, not easy, but by dwelling on the things you like, have achieved & forget or ignore the failures does go a long way. No sure fire cure for anx/dep. But it can be beaten or at least lived with. Good Luck & peace of mind. Gofio

Just a quick note to say hi!. Brewster125 here hoping life has picked up a bit for you. I suffer Bipolar2 disorder but i can relate to most of your health issue's and i wish you well. The struggle is worth it. Take care . BREWSTER125
