Strength: Leg Raises

Lie on your back with your right knee bent, foot flat and your left leg extended straight. With your abs tight, raise your left leg 6 to 12 inches off the floor and hold for 5 seconds. Slowly lower, and repeat 10 times before switching legs. For a greater challenge, don’t touch your leg to the floor between reps.
