Keep a migraine journal, or better yet, use our free online migraine and headache tracker. Each day, make a note of your sleeping patterns, your eating patterns and moments throughout the day that elevate your stress levels. That way, when you feel a migraine approaching, you can see what factors play a role in triggering your headache or worsening your symptoms.
