A lot has changed in the last year. I am significantly less depressed, I am handling anxiety like a mentally healthy adult (even though I'm still quite sick), and I'm on the right medication 04/13 - 2

Still have not taken any Xanax after quitting. I won't lie when I say I have wanted some so badly. But things aren't as bothersome anymore as they were when I quit. I'm pretty certain things are getting better :) 09/12 - 5

RainLover71 how did you handle the withdrawl symptoms--did you even have any?

flow1987 Oh trust me, I still have withdrawal symptoms right now. The paranoia is definitely intense. The socially withdrawn factors are indescribable. I probably shouldn't be working right now but I'm working 35 to 40 hour work weeks.

flow1987 It's also hard to work with customers when you're really pissy, especially when you don't want to be and there's not really much you can do about it

I thought I knew what real anxiety attacks were like. Turns out I have NO IDEA. My chest is in so much pain and my stomach is in a million knots!!! 02/12 - 0
