Hi! My name is Mandy! I'm basically a happy person, or at least I try to be, but I have been sick since I was 15. I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Neurally Mediated Hypotention, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
I'm taking Florinef, Lyrica, Norpace, Provigil, Prozac, and Ritalin. I haven't had a fainting episode in 4 months, but I've still had nearly constant symptoms. I'm starting to realize that I will never be well again.
I have a PICC line for daily hydration therapy, and I use a wheelchair when I'm feeling too dizzy to walk.
I got Muffy my assistance dog 6 months ago! She is wonderful! My anxiety and depression have disappeared!
"Your story sounds so much like mine. I've been sick with dysautonomia since 15. I'm now 28, and like you, living on a very limited SSI income. I've had good years and bad years, good days and bad days.
I take these daily: Florinef,..."
