Thanks for the advise... I am praying right now for guidance but thinking that my next step is IUI with injectables maybe in Deb or Jan. I will try max 2 cycles and then save the money for IVF if we have to go there but right now we are in "Praying Mode". Thanks for the advise and so sorry about the loss of your twin.
