Thanks for the note! :D I have to say that in the TRADITIONAL sense, I'm not really exercising much. A few stretches here and there and maybe rocking out to music once in a while. I had to quit eating a lot of sugar because of my teeth, originally, which kind of led to better eating habits all round. I hope your Graves disease is being taken care of and that you're feeling better. It's a heck of a fight :)
