I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2009, along with anxiety, muscle tension, and impulsivity. Long story short, my brain never rests, and i can experience mild to severe muscle jitteryness. I am currently on non-stimulating medication to calm everything, but am looking for more holistic options. [Less]
