f pain was exploding out my heels and hips. But after reading and researching I can safely assume I have had this since I was very little. Probably stemming from being starved as an infant. When my mom and dad got me @ 8 months old I weighed 9 pounds. Thanks be to God for giving me an awesome loving family that literally saved my life because I had become a failure to thrive. It was their TLC that brought me back to life, it was their Godly teaching that has given me life.
I was a single mom for 10 years. I now have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children who are now grown and 2 dynamic granddaughters who are the light of my life. I lead a somewhat stress free life. Nothing like most, I love my Lord, I love my church, I love my husband and family, I love my job, and I love my home. With the lack of stress now compared to when I was a single mom, I can't believe I am still battling this ugly thing.
I may have to deal with it in pain, but I try to use my pain to help others when I can. Most usually it is not when I am suffering a severe onset of it. I am usually pretty self absorbed during those times trying to exist. But God willing I can glorify Him through it. [Less]

Just a quick note to say hi! I've reached a closer balance with the thyroid. My doctor is increasing my T4 as it was a little low, however the Cytomel T3 was right on and so was my TSH. I am now taking .75mcg on odd days, .88mcg on even days along with .005mcg of Cytomel 2x @day. Now, we are working on finding out what all the crazy symptoms I've been having may be related to lymes disease. I was tested for this today and we'll hopefully know in about a week or so. I saw a great documentary called Under our Skin and it was all about lymes and how many symptoms develop because of it going untreated. One of them is being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

Hi there, I'm still trying to get a thyroid level regulated, however seeing an endo only made me realize that he was trying to find an easy way out by getting back onto Synthroid 100mcg and the TSH was in the norm, however I told him that I felt terrible. I won't be going back to him. My doc and I have me now taking 50mcg and cytomel 1 1/4 for a week and today I increased the cytomel to 2.5mcg. The reason I've done this is because cytomel is 4 x more powerful and is short term in the blood. The 50 mcg will need to go up as well and I will change this in a week. I've been in contact with someone else who feels that I have Metabolic Syndrome meaning that I'm insulin resistant. I think she has a very strong point as I have many other health issues that strongly point to this.

Just a quick note to say hi! I've also had problems with the dreaming thing going on. This is to do with the thryroid levels. I have felt like I was getting somewhere and now I feel like I'm back to square one again.

Just a quick note to say hi! Hey you probably already know I've responded to your inquiry. As to your fear of not having or getting pain relief through hydrocodone, I will tell you after the hurricane in La. where all those people were stranded in the dome or other places for three days without their medications, I have become very sensitive to surely going through lots of bounce back pain and then withdrawal if something like that happened to me. I have told my prescribing doc of my fears,& he agreed it was smart to hold back some extra for such emergencies or if something happens to him. He knows I respect my Meds. He knows I'm dependent. He is highly thought of in our city. Very well known and respected. Thought I'd share that personally with you. :-)
