Thanks for the message, I'm so sorry to hear about your losses.
I now have 3 children, my new little girl was born this summer.
My disorder is called prothombin gene mutation and I have one copy of this hereditary disorder. I had to be on lovenox with my last 2 pregnancies. Lovenox is a blood thinner.
With my oldest daughter, I carried her to term fine. She was my first pregnancy and there was never any problems. My 3 miscarriages came between my oldest girl and my son.
I'm not considered 'high' risk either by most drs and there is a lot of disagreement as to whether my disorder actually caused the miscarriages. Most of my drs believe being on Lovenox was more a preventive for 'me' and a safety net for me since blood clots are dangerous and common in pregnant women.
