Just a quick note to say hi! my name is Kurt I was just reading your notes because I have been checking my heart rate after a few beers and it seems to go up and I wanted to know if that was normal or if you have experienced this as well. we are about the same age as well.

Just a quick note to say hi! This description of what you are going through fits me perfectly to the T. I feel better knowing at least one person who is going through this..When I wake up in the night after drinking my heart is beating through the roof then its gets worse because I get over sensitive to it and I feel like I cant breathe..It makes me feel so fragile with the heart beating fast..I like to drink, but have cut back alot because this seems to be getting worse...Lately I wake up and have to take a valium too to calm me down then I am sluggish all day.Thanks for sharing and good luck...Any new information you get please feel free to share.
