Well, the best exercise in the world I have to say for me is biking. I would bike and go to a strict chicken and lean meat diet. Salads and fresh vegetables and watched the weight melt off seriously. I went to Curves a million years ago, I was 163 EEEEK and did this diet and worked out there for 20 minutes for 5 weeks and lost 12 lbs. Whenever I need to diet, I do this eating regimen w/biking! good luck, it bites :(
Holidays were fine..I was layed off so now I am scrambling to find another job that makes enough money for me to put Ameera back into preschool. She really needs the interaction with other kids. We are attempting potty training and getting no where fast. I am trying to do it now while I am at home. How's it going with you? Any luck/tips for potty training?
