Good I am glad that helped you a bit... I am doing alright I have school all day starting at 2pm here so that should help keep my mind off things hopefully...and I completely understand.. we are all entitled to a good pity party every now and then.. Just wanted to stop by and let you know that I am here for you if you need someone to talk to.. I know it can get really lonely when you are dealing with anxiety because it seems like no one understands.. don't give in to it just keep fighting back.. even though at times it may seem hopeless you will always come out on the other side stronger.
