"I can relate. The muscle weakness is horrible and I'm thirsty all the time too. I have to return to work in a couple of weeks so I'm hoping this process speeds up. Its so hard to get thru the day. "

Hi Krissy,
I just found you online. I'm also living with B6 toxicity and am struggling to find support anywhere. I also have toxic levels of B1 and B2 (virtually unheard of), am positive for a "non-specific auto-immune disease" and have extreme food allergies. I'm 26 years old and my whole life as been brought to a standstill...
Have you gotten better? What has recovery been like for you?
