Just a quick note..went back into posts and found yours from last year - are you still out here? i identify very much with whawt you said..i went thru 2 month old grandson serious cancer diagnosis and treatment, lost my brother and sister within 6 weeks of each other (my only siblings)...and mother lives with me so i assisted her thru grieving..all on tramadol..i guess im pretty frightened of having to go back and grieve all this properly...but i am on a tram taper now..trying to find a good therapist..thanks and i hope you are doing ok.

So glad to hear about your post stent improvement. What a lot you have been through. Let me know if you are ever around Gold Coast or Brisbane, it would be nice to have a coffee.

Hi Sue, just checking in. Hope you have some good health news since our last message. I am feeling finally free of tram & sleep med withdrawal & slowly working my way through the trama wreck of my financial affairs. Best wishes to you for a complete recovery also.

Just a quick note to say hi! Hi Honey Bunny! So good to hear from you. Thank you for the encouragement. I really will try to remember that all during the worst bits. It's got me in its' teeth today. So thank you for the kindness! :D I am glad to hear that you are a little better? I also really appreciate that you came and told about your own health issues as a record in the Journal. I really feel that someday what we write will help! Big Smoochies Chica-Boom! Love and Healing, Emily
