Hi Ladyjake. Thanks for you message. I would be interested to find out what you find out about the vitamin therapy. I started taking magnesium and pottasium and "think" it makes a difference but who knows. I have a friend that is a baby doctor and she tells me to stop taking them and it is all in my head that I think they are making a difference (probably right). All I know is that since I have been on the Prozac I am 80% better and it sure feels good. I just don't flip out anymore about the bumps and thumps and erratic beating that goes on. I used to think I was the only one in the world that had these horrible things and I did have a holter monitor when I was 30 (I am 47 now), and it showed a short run of v-tach so that sent me right over the edge!

Hi ladyjake! Yes I let it rule my life forever it seems! I just was so tired of living like that I just couldn't take it anymore. I still find myself sometimes getting a little worried and the anxiety thing comes back but I try to talk myself down and sometimes it works and sometimes not. What is CAD?

Ladyjake I was reading your posts. They really are priceless. You sound like you went thru the exact same thing as me. The constant worry and anxiety thing. Took me 17 years to get back to normal but I am here. I too suffered like crazy from these things. Don't get to many of them anymore as I just don't worry like I used to. Took me 2 EP studies, stress test, tons of King of Hearts monitors, I can't count how many EKG's and so on for me to figure out that I am okay! How crazy is that one huh!
