! Thanks for writing. It sounds like you are dealing with a lot and also, like me, not sure of how I feel about doctors sometimes. I have had a lot of trouble with flu like aching and have have had a battle with depression. I think when you go to the doctor and you have been feeling well and the basic tests don't reveal anything significant.....they figure you are just depressed and hand you a prescription for antidepressants. I believe that they will find the answers someday but am not sure when.....You said that they think you may have Lupus.......whet kind of tests do they do for that? I am still taking vitamin D. I believe there is some reason other than sunlight, diet, and sun screen, that causes the low Vitamin D levels. I am going to run out of room...Thanks, Cami

Just a quick note to say hi! Hi, I was wondering how you are doing? I am still not feeling well. Taking vitamin D 1000 a day. I am not sure if taking this is the answer or finding out what is the cause n the first place of such low Vitamn D levels. Seems they don't look for the the cause.......only give you a pill and hope that that corrects. it. It seems that there must be some reasons for low vitamin D levels caused by something else. I live in Calivornia. We get quite a bit of sunshine here!! I am thinking next year of changing my health care and trying to go to some place where they might be able to give me more o an answer for the low levels...and why I am feeling so badly... Just a quick note to say hi! Hi Thank you for the feel better note......I am just learning how to use this website correctly. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to leave me a note.....and to let you know that I wasn't ignoring it. How are you doing with the Vitamin D situation?
