Unexplained Secondary Infertility. DH has off the chart numbers, and is perfect - and I rarely ovulate on my own. Clomid and Femara make it happen, but no luck. After July 09 we are out of funds and will be taking a break. Maybe trying metformin to get my cycles regulated again. I am young, so I'm not overly worried - but I also have an almost 5 year old.
1st IUI 4/25/08 - BFN (100mg of Clomid plus trigger) (sperm - 129 million)
multiple rounds of clomid
4 rounds of femara
2nd IUI 4/10/09 - BFN (femara plus trigger) (sperm - 850 million!!!!)
3rd IUI 5/9/09 - BFN (femara, Menopur boost plus trigger) (sperm 132 million)
4th IUI 7/10/09- BFN (full injectable cycle plus trigger still only 1 follicle) (sperm 258 million)
5th IUI 10/28/09 - BFP on 10 dpiui!!..... (avandia, femara, trigger and one follie @ 26) (sperm - 278 million)
Miscarried - 7 weeks 2 days =(
7th IUI 3/8/2011 - BFP at 13dpiui! (metformin, clomid, trigger with 3 follies and sperm over 200 millions - all excellent) [Less]

Yes those #'s are low if you tested within an hour of eating. Make sure you are testing after the FIRST bite of eating and not when you finished the last bite. I usually have to test 2 hours after my first bite of a meal since I get a high # if I test at 1 hour. Yes do a fasting blood sugar right when you wake up in the morning, it should be below 90.

Well the scan went well but the person doing it could of been in a better mood. I did get one good picture after fighting for it though. No guess as to what the gender is as i was done with in 10 minutes!

Yeah im 12 weeks as of yesterday and other then my NT scan today my next appointment is not till july 1st. Just seems so far away i think. Wonder if i can get any in site as to what the gender is today?
