It sounds like we are both in the same boat, but you have meds. What is the TENS machine? and a coral cage? My first fusion was with the boner bone and the second with my bone. Did your dr give you any other information or guide lines to follow after your fusion? I guess my bones are just crappy, I should have had a bone density test done first. I have headaches daily, pain in both shoulder, arms, hands daily. My hands go numb a lot as well, especially at night.
How do your x-rays, CT, etc... look? Maybe get a second opinion....
I guess we all are leaning on eachother... because we get what we are going through. Everyone can't see what we deal with daily and they just don't understand the non-visual problem.

Just a quick note to say hi!
sorry your op has not worked too, neither did mine. I take oxycontin like the other woman who replied and am now having to leave my job cos of pain. Use TENS machine and live my life according to pain. I havent found an answer yet and mine has been going on for years. Had same level fusion and coral cage and metal plate. Doctors baffled should have worked. Now pain upper arms, neck, upper back wrists and elbows. Good luck sorry cant give you cure. x
