Just a quick note to say hi! I think you should see a dermatologist. Make sure it is not Melanoma. It could be a fungus since it is peeling and brown lines. Peeling can be caused by eczema or other things, dry skin etc. I have Eczema. So it really itches.
Does yours itch? I would start with the dermatologist and then if it isn't a fungus or dermatology problem he can refer you or you can see your GP to refer if necessary. I don't think it is Lupus like the other poster said. My opinion.
