First you have to WANT to quit... I went to a hypnotherapist once a week and was cigarette free by the end of the third week. Patches, etc. are just another 'monkey-on-your-back'..."

Watch a lot of stuff on TV about engineering,always interesting,I also perfer film if you ,mean 35mm I cannot seem to find my eye with digital, I dont know why I am going back to getting myself a 35mm camera and take Pics the way I used to....
