[More] would of killed me as the symptoms got a lot worse .Now that I know, I seek all the help & I can get & take various Meds along with counselling with my Dr.I continue to have alternating ups & downs most of the time but less in severity but also can & have had recently full blown severe attacks or episodes that need treatment in hospital.
Thanks for your note, it means a lot. I think I am lifting out of it now. I've had two really crappy months and the last week or so has been very up and down but the last few days have been really good. I know I'm a bit high but it's not getting too high yet and I'm trying to monitor it so I don't do anything I regret. Thanks for keeping an eye on me lovely.
your right DQ. i tried doing this before and it was ok in the beginning but then came and bit me in the *** later. im kind of losing the mental game man, i cant stop thinking and i get angry easily sometimes. at night i keep tossing and turning and i wake up like every hour or so. i dont know if i can do this Dave, but im gonna try. i hope with each day it gets better not worse. thanks man... Anh
