Well done! You are in a good place here and you have made an investment of 4 days. Tomorrow it will be 5 and in a weeks time it will be 11. The more days you put between tramadol and you the better. We are all in the same boat. Struggling on and wanting the best for one another. You can do this, you really can.
I cant help much on a time scale as I am aslo w/d from diazepam so the issue is clouded. I dont know which drug is causing me the problems. But lisa and pollycat are newly into tramadol w/d and their posts are on the board. Start at the top and work down.
I can beat you on the sneezing though - I was up in the 30's at one time!
