Hang in there. When I first started my taper - I was determined to feel okay - I kept my mood positive - and realized that any negative effects were part of the battle. Like beating a disease you need treatment for - sometimes the treatment is painful - but the end result is life!!
Just take it one day at a time, and if you have to slow down your taper - so be it - as long as you are moving in the right direction.
You can do this - you have nothing to be afraid of - you are now closer to living a tram free life!!
