"don't worry! i know what you are going through! have you been to a psychiatrist? they do wonders keep yourself active do things to keep your mind of it anxiety is easily fixed if you let it think to yourself when you wake up im strong im..."
I'm really glad to hear things are ok. Sorry about your anxiety I do understand it but it makes me sad to think you go through this. My boyfriend was diagnosed with testicular cancer two years ago and everything changed for us. Things that used to bother us don’t even exist anymore, in a way its kind of a blessing. Something I found that helps with anxiety is to stay really busy, get involved with as much as possible so your head doesn't have room to let anything else in. Trust me it works and you may just find new things you really enjoy doing. I hope I was some help to you. Hang in there life really is good.
:D It's nice to know it's just anixety. But at the same point it ***** because it's a lot of work to control them, harder than just popping pills! I get panic attacks too, a lot less than I use too just from being able to relax better (and pass the hell of 2-3rd year science program at uni and into the fun courses I enjoy). Good luck and thanks for the comment.
