Welcome...To answer your questions...The W/D is not a straight line..You will have some great days and then Bam it hits again.
Sleep when you can get it..Work saved me. Made me get out of bed everyday. I also felt like I had no energy, lead feet, crying, panic, and depression. It all passes with time...I work for a huge County Office of Education and have students with me all day and in and out of my office ...The interaction was good for me..I'm sure the first couple weeks i must of said .."I'm coming down with the flu...."I lived to tell story and I'm 62 working a full time job..You can do this and you will go on to help others. Be sure and eat something eveyday. I craved carbo's and surgar big time...I'm just a click away if you need help.
Peaceful wishes from California
