Just a quick note to say hi! Hey Deb,
I sure did have a Nice time at The Oregon Coast. I was in Newport, Oregon. It was the First time I have went some ware and just let everything go. I relaxed and I went out of my comfort zone but I did it...and it was just the best time. I hope to go back soon. I am working or keeping on track with the Positive thinking and doing since I have been home and I wrote in my Journal I took a few more days off of things like the computer and Phone and such after getting back. It was just nice to have peace....

Just a quick note to say hi! Deb thanks so much for the note. It made me feel so much better. I got some more cold medicine last night. And I'm trying not to do to much. And you are thinking just like me! I'm going to start painting again soon as I get a few things in order. My husband did let me know that we have the money to have One of the kids come help me with the house. So that will make things easier on me. Well I'm going to go and read a few emails and then Make breakfast for My son and his friend that spent the Night..

Just a quick note to say hi! Well deb you sure know that I have went threw the Mental end of this crap. But each day is a New One and I just live it and work threw all of it the best I can.
