"I have stopped drinking, and it has gotten better, but is still there.
I think the reason it is so bad sometimes is because I think about it which makes it seem worse than it is.

Just a quick note to say again. i was woundering if you knew how to grow confidence because i have autism and don't communicate well. how would you ask someon out on a date. i would like to know for the future.could we write to each other so i can start to grow my confidence. there is only a year between us and i try to talk to people my age but i can't find that many. thanks.do you have a girlfriend or boyfriend. if so could you give me some tips. how would you start a conversation because i dont know. also when i talk to strangers sometimes i fell a little embarresed and i sometimes have panic attaks. do you know what i could do.thanks.
