HBsAG Screen NEGATIVE - It seems you have cleared the HBsAg, that is, Hepatitis B. Very good.
Hep B Core Ab, tot POSITIVE - this means you were infected with Hepatitis B (but you seem to have recovered)
hep B surf ab quant 542.8 - You have also developed immunity against Hepatitis B too. Check the unit, should be IU/L.
