Thank you for everything! HI. Im so glad you are still here. Im on day 2..feeling really bad but determined to do it this time. Taking the vitamins and all that stuff thats suppose to help but it doesnt seem to really help. i think its just something to make us feel like we are doing something. no sleep, stomach pains, restless legs...ive got it all and cant imagine how Im going to get through the day. so im trying not to think too far ahead..one minute ..heck one SECOND at a time right now. and just trying to keep breathing. thank you for not being gone...i ws worried. How are you doing? are you feeling good today?

Just a quick note to say hi! i really wish i could find a rehab to go to. i think it would hepl me alot. but i dont know what i would tell my kids or my job. if i had my way i would check in to a 30 day rehab and get some help. but in my situation i dont see thats possible. good luck to you and keep up the good work...you're gonna be fine!
